Issue Description
When you deploy a package with K2 Package and Deployment and attempt to configure an item by selecting “Use Existing”, slow performance is experienced. An error is logged in the HostServer log file.
Error Message
The following error is logged in the HostServer log file: “Out of memory exception”.
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 4.7 installed.
- Download and Install the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Download the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update FP36 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Install the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update FP36 to apply the fix.
