Issue Description

When you have a workflow with an escalation configured on an event to redirect a task, the nominated user does not receive the task.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five (5.2) installed.
  2. Download the K2 Five (5.2) FP21 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
  3. Install the K2 Five (5.2) FP21 to apply the fix.

Considerations

You need to re-deploy the K2 Workflow for the fix to be applied.
