When you have a workflow with an escalation configured on an event to redirect a task, the nominated user does not receive the task.
- Ensure you have K2 Five (5.2) installed.
- Download the K2 Five (5.2) FP21 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Install the K2 Five (5.2) FP21 to apply the fix.
You need to re-deploy the K2 Workflow for the fix to be applied.
