Issue Description

When you click on a Task step from K2 ViewFlow, the URL is redirected to an incorrect page and an error is displayed. This only occurs when you use Internet Explorer as the browser.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five (5.2) installed.
  2. Download the K2 Five (5.2) FP23 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
  3. Install the K2 Five (5.2) FP23 to apply the fix.
  4. Refresh the browser cache.
