Issue Description

In rare circumstances, you are unable to connect to the K2 Host Server from K2 Designer, K2 Management or SharePoint while a SmartObject cleanup operation is running in the background. All the authentication sessions are locked during this cleanup operation.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five (5.2) installed.
  2. Download the K2 Five (5.2) FP25 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
  3. Install the K2 Five (5.2) FP25 to apply the fix.
