Issue Description

In some cases the SyncEngine becomes unresponsive when running an Azure Active Directory sync and results in identities not updated in the [Identity].[Identity] table with the latest changes.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five (5.2) installed.
  2. Download the K2 Five (5.2) FP26 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
  3. Install the K2 Five (5.2) FP26 to apply the fix.
