Issue Description

When you use the K2 Workspace App and/or the K2 Mobile App on an iOS device, you are unable to search for an entry in a picker control. When you select the picker control it seems as if the focus is on the control, however when you start typing to search for an entry, no text is displayed and the focus of the cursor is not on the control.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five (5.2) installed.
  2. Download the K2 Five (5.2) FP28 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
  3. Install the K2 Five (5.2) FP28 to apply the fix.
  4. Clear the browser cache.
  5. Ensure to update all K2 SmartForms nodes.

Considerations

When using the K2 Workspace App and the K2 Mobile App on an iOS device, ensure that you have iOS version 11.2 or above installed.
