When you have a form parameter named “sn” and the form is used in a workflow with the parameter value specified, loading the workflow from the kprx file results in the parameter value to be reverted to a serial number value instead of the specified value in the workflow.
- Ensure you have K2 Five (5.3) installed.
- Download the K2 Five (5.3) FP1 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Install the K2 Five (5.3) FP1 to apply the fix.
- Refresh the browser cache.
