When loading a K2 Workflow using the KPRX file to edit the workflow, an error occurs.
The following error occurs: “500 internal Server error”
This was caused by an empty repetitions field in the reminders tab of a user task.
- Ensure you have K2 Five (5.3) installed.
- Download the K2 Five (5.3) FP1 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Install the K2 Five (5.3) FP1 to apply the fix.
- Refresh the browser.
- Re-load the workflow.
