An error occurs in runtime when you search for a user in the picker control on a view, when the datasource for the picker control is configured to use the AD User SmartObject.
The following error occurs: “Unknown error (0x80005000)”.
- Ensure you have K2 Five (5.2) installed.
- Download the K2 Five (5.2) FP33 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Install the K2 Five (5.2) FP33 to apply the fix.
- Refresh the browser.
