When refreshing K2 workflow reporting services an error is presented, or it takes a very long time to complete the refresh.
The following error occurs: “Out of Memory exception”
- Ensure you have K2 4.7 installed.
- Download and Install the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Download the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update FP43 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Install the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update FP43 to apply the fix.
For any new service instances or existing service instances, Set the "Only Describe Active Processes" field to true under Management>integration>Service Instances>Workflow Reporting Service for the fix to be applied.
