Issue Description

When a K2 workflow was assigned to a role destination, and the role was not configured to be resolved to users, an administrative user is unable to view the members of the role.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five (5.3) installed.
  2. Download the K2 Five (5.3) FP3 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
  3. Install the K2 Five (5.3) FP3 to apply the fix.
  4. It is recommended to refresh the browser cache.

Considerations

This is a feature enhancement. Administrative users will now be able to view the members of a role in the global task list or the task list under the specific workflow in K2 Management.
