When executing the Host Server usage report with high volume data, a timeout error occurs.
The following error occurs: “Execution Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding”.
- Ensure you have K2 Five (5.3) installed.
- Download the K2 Five (5.3) FP5 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Install the K2 Five (5.3) FP5 to apply the fix.
- It is recommended to refresh the browser cache.
