When you use the PDF SmartObject load method in an email attachment on a workflow, and created a package containing the workflow, an error occurs when you attempt to deploy the workflow.
The following error occurs: “Value cannot be null”.
- Ensure you have K2 Five (5.3) installed.
- Download the K2 Five (5.3) FP7 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Install the K2 Five (5.3) FP7 to apply the fix.
- It is recommended to refresh the browser cache.
After installing this Fix Pack, you need to package the solution again before attempting to deploy the package to a target environment.
