When you run a Sync using the SyncEngine, an error occurs in the [SyncEngine].[RunHistory] table.
The following error occurs: “The changeToken refers to a time before the start of the current change log”.
- Ensure you have K2 Five (5.3) installed.
- Download the K2 Five (5.3) FP10 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Install the K2 Five (5.3) FP10 to apply the fix.
