When generating the licensed users Audit Report from K2 Management > Licenses, on a server with a high number of users, slow performance is experienced and a time out error may occur.
- Ensure you have K2 Five (5.3) installed.
- Download the K2 Five (5.3) FP12 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Install the K2 Five (5.3) FP12 to apply the fix.
- It is recommended to refresh the browser cache.
