Code Fix: Buttons do not respond on the Out of Office pop-up on a form when using Internet Explorer 11


Issue Description

When the Worklist control is hosted in a Content control, the buttons on the Out of Office pop-up do not respond when using Internet Explorer 11. This occurs when the Content control has been resized and extends beyond the bottom of the page.


  1. Ensure you have K2 Five (5.3) installed.
  2. Download the K2 Five (5.3) FP13 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
  3. Install the K2 Five (5.3) FP13 to apply the fix.
  4. You need to refresh the browser cache.
