A form/view becomes unresponsive once a Rich Text Control on the form/view is in error state on an Android device on either the K2 Mobile App, K2 Workspace App or mobile Chrome browser.
The fix is available in the following K2 versions:

- Ensure you have the correct K2 version and/or Cumulative Update installed. See KB001893 to see what Fix Pack level you have installed.

- Install the Fix Pack to apply the fix.
- It is recommended to refresh the browser cache.
