Issue Description

Incorrect tasks are available on a user’s worklist when a filter is configured on the K2 Worklist control, and the user is set as the exception user for a specific task in an Out of Office configuration.


The fix is available in the following K2 versions:

  1. Ensure you have the correct K2 version and/or Cumulative Update installed. See KB001893 to see what Fix Pack level you have installed.
  2. Download the latest Fix Pack using the links in the table above for the version you require.
  3. Install the Fix Pack to apply the fix.


It is important to note that when configuring a filter on your worklist with an OR statement, the results may not always be correct dependent on the field the filter is configured for. The following fields can only be used with an AND filter:

  • WorklistItemStatus
  • ActivityData
  • SerialNumber
