When you use a data field as a role destination for a user task in a K2 Workflow, an error occurs in the HostServer log.
The following error shows in the HostServer log: “The User Manager 127.0.0.1 returned an empty queue”.

- Ensure you have the correct K2 version and/or Cumulative Update installed. See KB001893 to see what Fix Pack level you have installed.
- Download the latest Fix Pack using the links in the table above for the version you require.
- Install the Fix Pack to apply the fix.
After applying the Fix Pack, you need to re-deploy the K2 Workflow.
