When you execute a Web Service Endpoint SmartObject via a view or from K2 Management, an error occurs.
The following error occurs: “The request was aborted”.

- Ensure you have the correct K2 version and/or Cumulative Update installed. See KB001893 to see what Fix Pack level you have installed.
- Download the latest Fix Pack using the links in the table above for the version you require.
- Install the Fix Pack to apply the fix.
A new Service Instance config key called ‘KeepAlive’ was added. For this fix to work this key needs to be set to ‘False’.
Note that if the Service Instance was created before installing the fix pack, you need to set this value using the SmartObject Service Tester.exe located in [InstallDir]\Bin.
If you are creating a new Service Instance, the value will be available in K2 Management.
