Issue
When opening the Manage App Activation page, it will display the SharePoint message; "We are working on it ..." without continuing.
Symptoms
If you click the developer browser tools option (F12), the error will surface:
"Sys.ParameterCountException: Parameter count mismatch."
Resolution
This is a known issue within the K2 Product, please apply the latest Cumulative update and Fix pack for 4.7: https://help.k2.com/news/k24-7march2018cumulativeupdate.
