Workspace unresponsive

When trying to access K2 Workspace it does not load and is unresponsive.


All other sites load for example K2 Management and K2 Designer but K2 Workspace seems to be unresponsive and loads a blank page.


This is a known issue on K2 Cloud update 6 FixPack 6 and later. This has been resolved by running an IIS reset on the server.

Please log a support ticket requesting an IIS reset on the Cloud environment. Please also include the KUID of the affected environment.
