Are you receiving K2 product release or technical bulletin emails?
If not, it is possible that you have unsubscribed from K2 communications in the past. We've now added functionality to your account preferences on k2.com and help.k2.com such that you can decide which types of communications you wish to receive from K2. This will let you stay up to date with K2 events and webinars, product releases and technical bulletins, newsletters, and K2 solutions and industry news.
In order to manage your email preferences, log into k2.com (or help.k2.com), and do the following:
- Click on your Account link in the top right hand corner.
- On the My Account page, click Update Email Preferences.
- You will be sent an email with instructions on how to set your K2 email preferences. Click the link from the email to open the preferences page.
- Check the boxes for the categories of communications you wish to receive and submit your changes.
