Use

There are different ways of using the product and applications, depending on what you want to do and how the application was designed. For example, you may need to use the Apps in Workspace to launch an application; you might open a form through a URL and then complete and submit the form to start a workflow; a workflow might start automatically when something happens (for example, a new item is created in a SharePoint list); or you may receive an email notifying you about a task, with a link to open the task or potentially the option to action the task by replying to the email. If you are using a mobile device, you can also use the Workspace for Mobile apps to interact with the product.
