K2 Support may need to know which Updates and Fix Packs your K2 Cloud environments have. This is used for troubleshooting and depending on the updates your environment has, we may see an issue or may not.
Before You Begin
Make sure you can access K2 Management and have Workflow Server admin rights.
Navigate to K2 Management.
Replace the end of the URL with the following: /autodiscover/updates
This will create a file that can be downloaded which explains which updates have been applied and when. If your environment has 2 nodes, you may see this data duplicated.
