Issue

With your system language set to Portuguese, a workflows name structure containing special characters and a package created from that workflow also containing special characters in the name structure will result in an I/O error during the deployment phase when attempting to deploy the package.

Symptoms

(I/O error occurred) during deployment of a package.

Resolution

Applying CodeFix 753223 to both the target and the source environments will eliminate the cause of this issue however you would then have to create a new package of the workflow and deploy it.

Deploying the old package will still display the same issue.
