401.2 Error When Accessing Checking Viewflow via Management Page

Issue

The issue is when you look at the viewflow of the process instance via the K2 management page, the following error: "401.2 Viewflow error" occurs.

Symptoms

This happens when you install an environment with K2 blackpearl + K2 smartforms IIS Sites split and then upgrade to 4.7. The issue occurs when going to the view flow via the K2 management page.

Resolution

This is a known bug, but please have a look at the following workaround:

Under the environment library node within workspace via the management tab the following must be added as a new field:

 

Name: Web Service URL SSL

Value: [WorkspaceURL]

Field Type: Web Service URL

Checked as default.
