Issue

Getting a "Object reference" error when trying to use DocuSign SmartObject.

Symptoms

Getting "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error when trying to use any DocuSign SmartObject

Resolution

The issue was caused by using invalid Account ID during DocuSign Service Instance Registration. Updating the service instance via K2 Management >  Features > DocuSign to use the correct Account ID resolved the issue
