Issue

After the implementation of Appit 1.5, some people will be receiving emails stating that their Appit OAuth token is expiring and needs to be refreshed.

Symptoms

When the email link is clicked, it will display an error saying that the URL is invalid.

Resolution

If you see this behavior after the implementation of 1.5, it is due to a setting not being correct on the back end. Due to changes in the configuration, such emails are obsolete and can be ignored. Please contact K2 Technical Support to have the setting resolved to stop receiving these emails.
