Issue

K2 studio is not displaying menu items or tabs properly.Image

Symptoms

The client is on 4.7.  When they open K2 studio the menu items, tabs and process wizard menus are not displaying the full names of items.

Troubleshooting Steps

From the C:\Program Files (x86)\K2 blackpearl\K2Studio, right-click the K2 studio.exe file and select properties.

Select compatibility.

Select mark Disable Display scaling on High DPI settings

Click OK to save.
