Unable to upgrade. Server license is expired or invalid error.

The upgrade process fails and the following error message appears:
"The K2 blackpearl server license is expired or invalid. Update the license before proceeding."
Symptoms
The error can occur when your System Key in the Blackpearl setup manager has been changed.Troubleshooting Steps
Please perform these steps:-
1. Re-run the K2 Blackpearl setup manager, and select the 'Configure K2 blackpearl' option.
2. On the License Configuration screen, input a valid license key for the associated system key.
If there is a need to request for a new license key, please do so from our Portal:- https://portal.k2.com/licensekey/Default.aspx
3. Complete the Setup Manager. Afterwards, run the update manager again to proceed with the Upgrade.
