An error appears after logging into K2 Designer using Forms STS:

An item with the same key has already been added



An error has been observed to appear after the following were performed prior to logging in:

  2. K2 blackpearl service restart
  3. Clearing the browser cache.


The error has not re-occurred after installing the K2 4.7 August Cumulative Update Fix Pack 12.
