Unable to install K2 on second node for K2 cluster setup in Azure

Issue

When adding a second K2 server and attempting to configure it to join an existing K2 cluster (Azure vm with Azure SQL setup), the K2 Blackpearl installation will not proceed and we are getting SQL authenticated error message at the SQL Server Database Configuration step.

"User does not have Security Administration Rights"

Symptoms

This is a known issue.
