Issue
Executing a List Refresh method after closing a subview or subform results in an infinite spinner on the List View.
Symptoms
After closing the subview or subform, the List View keeps loading.
The List View rules should be configured like the following:
Resolution
Complete the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. Download and install the K2 4.7 August 2017 Cumulative Update from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
2. Log a K2 Support Ticket to get the K2 4.7 August 2017 Cumulative Update Fix Pack 3.
3. Install the K2 4.7 August 2017 Cumulative Update Fix Pack 3 to apply the fix.
