Issue

You are unable to create new Forms, Views, SmartObjects, or Workflows on K2 Designer, although the K2 Smartform server installed successfully without error.

Symptoms

The K2 Smartform component installed successfully on the server, but the K2 Smartform license key is absent.

Troubleshooting Steps

Resolve this issue by completing the following steps:

1. Check the license key for the K2 Smartform server (Locate it at: K2 Workspace > Management Console > License Management > Licensing)

2. Request the correct K2 Smartform server license

3. Stop the K2 service

4. Apply the new license code

5. Restart the K2 service.
