Issue
User is unable to create a new Workflow from the K2 for SharePoint app.Symptoms
The following error occurs when trying to create a new Workflow via K2 for SharePoint Designer:

Troubleshooting Steps
The issue could be caused by an invalid SharePoint Group ID in the K2 Hidden List ([SharePoint Site URL]/Lists/K2 Settings).
Edit the hidden list, and remove the invalid Group ID to resolve the issue.
