Issue
When closing a Subview, the inactive background remains inactive after the Subview is closed.Symptoms
The issue only occurs after installing K2 4.7 August Cumulative Update Fix Pack 5.
In the Rules Designer of your Parent View or Form, the rule "When subview is closing, close a subview or subform" is added.
1. On the Parent View, click on the 'Add' toolbar icon which opens up the Subview.
2. To close the Subview, click on the 'X' button.
3. The background remains inactive and you are unable to interact with your Parent View.
Resolution
The issue has been resolved in 4.7 August Cumulative Update Fix Pack 11: http://help.k2.com/kb002072
