Issue

The Site Collections Activations list appears empty.

Symptoms

When navigating to the App Catalog Site > K2 for SharePoint > Manage App Activations, none of the sites that have been activated are in the list.

Troubleshooting Steps

The issue could be caused by missing the default K2 Server URL in K2 Hidden List (K2S Tracking). To resolve the issue, edit the value of the Default property from No to Yes in the K2S Tracking hidden list and save the list.

The hidden list can be accessed by navigate to: https://[App Catalog Site URL]/Lists/K2S Tracking.
