The original Activity Name is still being displayed on the K2 Mobile Inbox despite having deployed a version of the process with the name changed.
The old activity name is still being displayed on K2 Mobile whereas the updated one is shown on Workspace.
Open the process on K2 Studio or K2 for Visual Studio and follow the steps below:
- Open the Activity General Properties.
- Click on [Edit].
- Change the Name field to update it.
- Deploy the process.
- The new instance should have the updated name displayed on both K2 Mobile and on Workspace.
