Issue

When clicking on K2 Five for SharePoint from App Catalog Site Contents, you may get a blank page.  This will prevent the K2 Five for SharePoint page from Loading.

Symptoms

The behavior could be caused by a missing value for the SmartForms_Runtime_URL in the K2 Hidden list on the App Catalog site which can be accessed by navigating to the following URL: [app catalog site URL]/Lists/K2 Settings

Resolution

When updating the value for the SmartForms_Runtime_URL in the K2 Settings hidden list, it will allow the page to load correctly.
