Issue

Bullets and numbers don't seem to work in K2 Five workflow designer when using email editor in Internet Explorer or IE11.

Symptoms

This has been logged as a bug in K2 Five.

 

It will most likely be addressed in the next K2 version or in the upcoming Cumulative Updates.

Resolution

This has been logged as a bug in K2 Five.

 

However, we have the following workarounds available:

 

- Use Google Chrome browser (Bullets and Numbers work fine in K2 Five workflow designer email editor.)

 

- Open a Microsoft Word document, type the content, add Bullets or Numbers and copy + paste it in the IE 11 email editor.
