kbt143309
PRODUCTIssue
After copying the Service Broker dll into the K2 BlackpearlServiceBroker folder, and trying to register the service type in the SmartObjects Services Tester, the custom service broker will not show up in the "Select Service Type" drop-down list.
Symptoms
This issue could be caused by missing DLL referenced inside the Custom Service Broker in the GAC (Global Assembly Cache) on the K2 server.
Troubleshooting Steps
Please check to make sure that all referenced assemblies in the Custom Service Broker that you trying to register are in GAC on the K2 server and the custom Service will show up in the SmartObject Service Tester Tool.
