Workflow REST API continuously prompts for credentials

Issue
When attempting to test the Workflow REST swagger, it continuously prompts for credentials even after entering the correct credentials.
Symptoms
It was determined that 'Basic Authentication' Security was not installed.
Resolution
Go to Server Roles and install 'Basic Authentication' Security to resolve the issue:
