Issue

When attempting to install K2 SmartForms, the following error appears:
 

"No valid claims issuers found. Ensure that K2 Workspace 4.6.7 or higher is installed in the K2 environment." 

 

After investigating, we found that the K2 site in IIS was not created.

Symptoms

When running the Blackpearl installer with the "Modify" option from the Setup Manager, there is no option available to add the "K2 Workspace" component.

Troubleshooting Steps

This issue was caused by a missing ASP.NET component that was not installed on the server.  

After installing ASP.NET on the server and re-running the K2 Setup Manager, the K2 Workspace option is available.
