Issue

Clicking on Manage App Activations under the K2 Five for SharePoint Settings, redirects to the error below:

K2TSTS10001: An error occurred while processing a WS-Federation sign-in request (invalid_realm)

Symptoms

Multiple bindings were configured for the K2 site. Changes in requirements would require you to update the Smartforms Runtime URL and the Smartforms Designer URL. More often than not, not all areas are updated with the correct value especially if the Setup Manager was not used to perform a re-configuration.

Troubleshooting Steps

To resolve this issue, please do the following:
  1. Please make sure that the default environment fields point to the correct URL.
  2. Ensure that the Realm entries point to the correct URI. If they don't, please add entries that point to the correct site.

  3. Make sure that the Smartforms Runtime/Designer web.config does not have references to the old URL, particularly this line:

    <wsFedetation passiveRedirectEnabled="false" issue="http://none" realm="[NEW URL]/Runtime/" requireHttps="false" />
