Issue

After migrating the K2 database to a new server, the SmartObject Event on one of the workflows is returning the error below:

 

"Invalid key name in connection string: IsPrimaryLogin"

Symptoms

This issue was caused by a space in the value "SmartObject Server" key in the String Table.

Troubleshooting Steps

To resolve this issue, remove the space from the value "SmartObject Server" key in the String Table.
