After a K2 Cloud environment has been provisioned and consent granted by a Global Administrator, opening Workspace displays a server error:
"The AAD:<globaladmin> could not be found"

This is a K2 issue where the email sent for admin consent contained an incorrect link.
Please contact K2 Support with your KUID for further assistance on resolving the issue.
