Troubleshooting Steps

You will need a K2 SmartForms Server License instead. Please submit a request for a new license key from our Portal

After receiving the license key, you may either update the SmartForms license through the Setup Manager or from the Management site. A K2 Blackpearl service restart is required after.

Please refer to our documentation for more information on Licenses.
