No destinations have been added for one or more destination sets on activity 'Task'

Deploying a workflow fails with the following error: 


The Error message does not contain specific information to identify the issue and the "Show me" option is not available.


If you have an empty Task Recipient Group under the Recipients tab in any of the Task steps in your workflow, it will prevent you from deploying a workflow.


Troubleshooting Steps

To resolve this issue, please do the following: 

- Remove the empty group which is added under the Recipients.

- Deploy the workflow again.

There is an existing feature request to make the error message more descriptive, it will be available in a future update of K2 Five.
