Issue
When a user with full admin rights tries to publish or deploy packages an error with the following format appears:"error 24406: User from IP does not have rights to export processes"
Symptoms
Whenever a user tries to use Package and Deploy he's stopped with the error and cannot proceed.Troubleshooting Steps
This error will appear even if the user has full admin rights.To resolve this ensure that the user is also added to the following:
Templates > Environments > Development SmartObject > Security > SmartObjects administration.
